Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I get more help ?

We cannot help with any computer or browser problems that you may experience. For any ePortal related problems, you can:

  1. Download the 'Getting Started With ePortal' Helpsheet (105kB PDF Document)
  2. Send an email to eportal@trinityhigh.com with details of your help request

Due to the large number of parents using the system, we are unable to offer telephone support for ePortal. We can only respond to queries sent to the email address above.

Individual Education Plans (IEPS)

We are pleased to announce that IEPs are now available to parents. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Does this service cost parents anything?

No. Parent access to ePortal is a free service provided by the school as part of our commitment to engage and empower parents.

Why do I have to log in twice ?

The first login is a generic one that applies to all parents. This gives you initial access to the school network. Should we ever need to protect the school network from unauthorised access, we can turn this access off with one click.

The second login is specific to you, and is tied to your child's record in the school database.

How do I change my password ?

At the moment there is no way to change your password directly in ePortal. We are examining ways to make this possible and will be in touch with you when we have more information
