From Head of House, Ms Fairley:

“As part of our Harvest celebrations, we are inviting all students and families to support our local community by donating non-perishable food and household items for Manchester South Food Bank.

Harvest is a time to reflect on what we have and to think about those who may be experiencing difficulty. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference to local families in need, particularly as the cost of living continues to present challenges for many households. Collection dates will run until Monday 12th October 2026.”

We are welcoming donations such as:

  • Tinned meat, fish, fruit and vegetables
  • Pasta, rice and noodles
  • Breakfast Cereals
  • Tea, coffee and long-life milk
  • Biscuits and snacks
  • Tinned soup and baked beans
  • Toiletries and hygiene products

Ms Fairley continues: “Thank you in advance for your generosity and support during our Harvest celebrations. Together, our school community can help provide essential items and bring comfort to families who need it most.”
