Trinity’s Got Talent
From Head of Tiger House, Mr Cater:
“Trinity’s Got Talent was a vibrant celebration of creativity, skill and confidence, showcasing an impressive range of performances from students and staff. This year’s show featured a diverse line-up of acts, including The Yo-Yo Master, the rock band Promise, Selina and her mesmerising flag dance, and a special guest appearance from last year’s winner, Dylan. The audience was captivated by the variety of talent on display and, as always, showed tremendous enthusiasm, support and encouragement for every performer. A highlight of the evening was the first-ever Teacher Takeover. The House Leaders, joined by Mr Stoker and Miss Noxon, entertained the crowd with a performance of What’s Up. Mr Nettleton delivered a spellbinding piano piece, while Miss Muddaliar wowed the audience with an incredible, show-stopping performance.
Returning to host the event were Year 11 students Ben, Elise and Lloyd, who kept the evening running smoothly with humour, wit and excellent stage presence. Judging the competition were: Mr Cowie, Miss Mtambalika, Miss Haddad and Mr Stoker, who faced the difficult task of choosing a winner from such a talented field.
After much deliberation, Prelude, the Year 9 dance troupe, were crowned champions with a captivating, energetic routine that brought the audience to its feet.”
