Mock Results Day

Head of Key Stage 4, Mr Cann, tells us more: “Our students sat their mock exams before the Christmas break, and on Friday, 7th January, students received their long anticipated mock exam results. There were scenes of joy and elation throughout the room as the result envelopes were opened – including some high fives! This experience now allows our Year 11 students to know how success can look and feel as we move towards the summer exams. During the mock exam assembly, I shared the story of Laurnea (featured in this newsletter) who five years ago was sat in the same room and is now at medical school. We’re hoping we’ll be able to share similar stories in the future with our current Year 11s.”
