Aspiring Author

Satvik in Year 7 proved that he has everything it takes as an aspiring author when his poem on Manchester won first prize in a competition for World Book Day. His reading of his poem in the Year 7 assembly made us all realise how lucky we are to live in such a wonderful and amazing city. Satvik was awarded his certificate by the Lord Mayor, Donna Ludford. We look forward to reading more of Satvik’s work in the future! Thank you to Ms Brooks and Ms Peace for organising a wonderful assembly.
