Black History Month Assemblies

Last week’s Black History Month assembly was led by Pastoral Tutor, Mr Dennis, accompanied by Angelina and Malika (Year 10) and Dara (Year 11). They explored how black history has helped to shape the history of all countries in some way, racism and the black lives matter movement. The assembly then linked these issues to our work as ‘children of god’ and to treat others as we would like to be treated.
