Careers Fair
Last Wednesday we hosted our whole school Careers Fair. Students were able to meet with a range of employers, further and higher education establishments and apprenticeship providers. Popular stalls included an airline pilot from TUI, the police, the NHS and a law firm – Clyde & Co. It was also wonderful to welcome back four ex-Trinity students who were promoting their sectors, including current degree apprentices from the world of engineering.
We have had some fantastic feedback from the employers who volunteered their time, praising the engagement of our students, such as this sentence from Manchester Museum:
“All the pupils were lovely. They were very inquisitive, polite and their behaviour was exemplary. We really enjoyed interacting with them, the pupils are a credit to your school”.
Mr Cann is our careers lead at Trinity and he does a great job in creating opportunities to see and learn about the ‘world of work’ throughout each school year. Well done Mr Cann and Ms Hooley for their work!
