Culture Day in the Sixth Form

Director of the Sixth Form, Ms Tattum, shares more about our culture day:

“On Friday 26th April, the Sixth Form had a wonderful time celebrating the different cultures that make up our community during a culture day. Students were invited to wear cultural dress with countries represented such as Somalia, Ghana, Jamaica, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nigeria. It was a great celebration of diversity and there was a real sense of unity and respect from the students and staff who participated! At break time students were invited to bring in food to share from their cultures which was a real treat and very well received. A wonderful day all round!”
