Cycling Achievements

Well done to Year 9 student, Florence, on her recent cycling event achievements. Since the end of the lockdown, Florence has been racing again for her club Sport City Velo on the road and on the track.
On the track, she completes at omniums (which comprises of a number of different races throughout the day) around the country and at Monday Night Track League at Manchester Velodrome.
On the road, Florence rides in the “No Nonsense” series in Yorkshire and also currently leads the North West Youth League (having competed in all four races in that series so far).She is also riding in the National Circuit Race Series races around the country.
Florence will be riding the British Cycling National Youth Circuit Race Championships on July 17th – good luck Florence!
