George House Trust

From joint Head of RE, Miss Bansal: “For the last few weeks, we have had the George House Trust come in to speak to all of Year 9 and Year 12 on HIV awareness and the social stigma it carries. Students learnt about the transmission of HIV and how it is managed. The Trust shared personal stories which really hit home about this important issue. Their objective is to eradicate the negative stigma some people have towards those who have HIV and dismiss any misconceptions people might hold.”
