Our Four Legged Assistant
Over the last three weeks lots of our students will have noticed that one of our sixth formers is supported by an official ‘assistance dog’. In my assemblies at the start of the year I explained that the dog is ‘at work’ whilst it is here, and as much as we’d like to stroke it and say hello, we must leave it to care for it’s owner and not distract her.
This accommodation wouldn’t have been possible without the significant efforts of our Director of Sixth Form Ms Tattum who has ensured all safety considerations have been met and that we can make this arrangement work.
