Pi Day

Teacher of Maths, Ms Begum, tells us more: “On Thursday 14th March, Trinity celebrated Word Pi Day. We had a Pi Recital to see how many digits of Pi students could remember from memory. Our Pi recital winner was Alfie (Year 8) who knew 163 digits of Pi from memory, second place went to Cindy (Year 7) and third place was Bronte (Year 8). We also had a scavenger hunt where students worked in their forms to find the digits of Pi hidden around the school and Sixth Form! After over 25 forms completed the scavenger hunt, the winners from each key stage were 7PRI, 10MKR and 12AGA. It was a great day that brought a lot of positivity around the school!”
