Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Awards Evening

Deputy Head, Dr Chard, tells us all about the recent STEM Awards Evening:

“Our annual STEM Awards Evening saw students from Years 7 to 10 receive awards for Science, Food Preparation and Nutrition, Engineering and Mathematics. Students, parents and staff enjoyed an inspirational speech from our guest speaker, Dr Nimrah Munir. Nimrah is Head of Operations at QV Bioelectronics and has worked extensively on developing a revolutionary way to treat brain cancer. Nimrah is a champion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and an excellent role model for many of our young engineers, scientists and mathematicians. Congratulations to all of our award winners!”
