Shakespeare Schools’ Festival

Teacher of Drama, Ms Dearing, tells us more: “Last week, a group of our students in Years 9-11 took performed in the UK’s biggest theatre festival; Coram Shakespeare Schools’ Festival. The students involved have been working on this after school for the previous few months and last week they delivered an exceptional abridged version of Macbeth. Alongside another two schools, the students shared their performance with a paying audience atThe Contact Theatre. The event was a wonderful demonstration of the hard work, talent and passion of the students; both on stage and off.”
