Mr Bryan tells us the latest sporting updates:

• It’s been a good week for our boys’ basketball teams with some very impressive performances. The Under 14 team beat St Peter’s 60-46 and are now through to the knockout stage of the national cup. The Under 12 boys played Chorlton in the Manchester cup with a strong team performance and won 43-12.
• The Year 8 boys’ football team had a very exciting game against Parrs Wood, managing to get a 2-1 win at home.
• The netball teams were also in winning form. Against East Manchester Academy, the Year 7s won 4-0 and the Year 8’s won 7-4. Meanwhile, the Year 10s beat St Peter’s 17-7 capping off a good week.
