T³ Lectures

Our T³ lectures have continued this half term, and our Course Director of KS5 Mathematics, Mr Barton, tells us more: “On Tuesday, 12th November, we welcomed Professor Matthias Heil to school to deliver the third in a series of mathematical lectures. Matthias’ talk brought in the largest attendance so far with over forty students from Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 attending. The talk introduced some algebraic structures to students and gave them a flavour of ‘Group Theory’, which is a topic that they can study at University. We thank Matthias for giving up his time and look forward to the next lecture!”
