This week

This week we have been celebrating the start of Advent in school with a procession from darkness to light in our assemblies. Advent is the time of reflection before Jesus’ arrival, and is a period of waiting and watching and quiet reflection.

Given we’ve had two inspections recently, I am certainly in that ‘waiting & watching’ phase – checking my emails every hour for mentions of Ofsted and SIAMS and whether their reports have landed. We are expecting the SIAMS report very soon, the Ofsted report should be published in late January / early February 2024, we will share the reports as soon as we receive them!
