Top 100 State Schools for Sport

For the first time in our 35 year history, the school has been officially recognised as being in the ‘top 100’ state schools for sport in the country. Trinity’s success is based on success in a wide range of sports rather than single sports, as well as competitions with more teams competing. My thanks go to our P.E department and staff who take students to fixtures and competitions throughout the year. Above, you can see me presenting the plaque to Ms Barrett, our Head of P.E. Obviously, it is the success of our teams which has led to the award, so in recognition of this, we have commissioned a ‘top 100’ lapel badge to be made and distributed to over 550 students at school who regularly practice with or play for school teams – well done!
