Trips to Tatton Park

Year 7 Senior Tutor, Mr Carter, tells us about the recent trips to Tatton Park: “Last week, our Year 7 students were given an exciting opportunity to visit Tatton Park to participate in a team building day. Two forms went each day from Tuesday through to Friday to build their confidence and continue to develop positive relationships with members of their form and their form tutors. Students eagerly took part in team building games; they visited the beautiful Japanese gardens for a time of contemplation and reflection, as well as exploring the historical farm, where they met a variety of farm yard animals. Students were also given the opportunity to explore the main gardens and were very excited by finding their way to the centre of the maze… and back again. The team building encouraged friendships and enhanced social skills with an element of fun and adventure.”
