Year 9 Graduation

Our Year 9 Graduation is always a highlight in the school year, recognising Year 9 students finishing their KS3 courses. The event took place virtually this year, hosted by our Head of KS3, Ms Baxendale. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum awards were awarded to our students, plus a variety of special awards. The recorded event featured Year 9 form tutors, the Year 9 Senior Tutor, Ms Ripley, and our Chair of Governors, Revd Prof Peter Scott, to award the prize for work in the community. It has become a tradition in recent years for the Lord Mayor of Manchester to be our guest of honour at the Year 9 Graduation, and we were delighted that Cllr Abid Chohan was able to send us a message for our students for the event.
