Music and Drama Christmas Showcase

We were delighted to present Trinity’s first ever Music and Drama Showcase on Wednesday, 8th December, which was a joyful evening of entertainment to put us in the Christmas spirit. Over 100 children showcased their talents in a range of performances: the Year 7 Singing Group brought the house down with Hosanna Rock, Year 7 and 8 Steel Pans played some classic Christmas carols, the School of Rock band gave us a tantalizing taster of what is to come for our school production in March, our beginner flutes amazed us with their confidence and the awesome Trinity Stage Band gave off some fantastic, jazzy Christmas vibes. In the second half we were treated to an incredibly professional, energetic, hilarious and meaningful performance of Trinity Tales of Ebenezer Scrooge, presented by the Year 7 Drama Club – what confidence, talent, stage presence and perfect comic timing! Congratulations to all who performed – it was a spectacular evening.
