Degree Apprenticeships in Engineering

Head of Engineering, Mr Barnes, tells us more: “The Engineering Department were delighted to have three ex students return to Trinity to take part in a talk about degree apprenticeships in engineering.

Gurshaan, Sarah and Ali all left the Trinity Sixth Form in 2023. They studied engineering in our Sixth Form and are now all working on degree apprenticeships with different engineering companies.

Degree apprenticeships in engineering are an excellent pathway into a very rewarding career. They are very successful alternatives to traditional university degrees.
Our three ex-students gave our current year 12 and 13 engineering students a fantastic insight in to degree apprenticeships and it was particularly interesting to here about their own personal experiences and opinions.”
