To apply for a place at our Sixth Form you will need to complete an Application Form:

The completed Sixth Form Application form should be completed any time between the start of September and the end of December of Year 11. Following your application, you will be contacted by the Head of Sixth Form to arrange an interview. If you miss the deadline, you may still apply however, places may well be full, so it is in your best interests to get your application in early.

If Trinity is the right Sixth Form for you, the offer of a place will be made to you in writing once the whole interview process is completed. You will be told during your interview if you will be likely to receive an offer.

You must then confirm that you accept the offer.
