Exploring Christianity Retreat

On Friday 9th and Saturday 10th May, a group of Year 7 students took part in the Exploring Christianity Retreat in the Peak District. On the Friday, students had a great time doing adventurous activities (such as weaselling, abseiling and rock climbing) and in the evening they had their first Exploring Christianity session at the stunning YHA Hartington Hall. Saturday involved another session, led by Revd Sarah Bradley from Holy Trinity Platt Church, and a beautiful walk along Mam Tor into Castleton. The students loved the activities and had a great time enjoying the sun and spending time with their friends.
