Early closure – Thursday, 22nd July, 2021
There will be an early finish for students on the last day of term – Thursday, 22nd July, 2021. Students will have form time, periods 1 and 2, and break time as normal. For period 3, they will be in form rooms and the latest dismissal time will be 12.15pm.
Please note, there will now no longer be an early finish on Wednesday, 21st July, as advertised at the start of the school year – all students will finish at the usual time.
Face coverings from 19th July, 2021
Lockdown restrictions will easing in England from Monday, 19th July, 2021. However, in order to break any chains of transmission and to keep students and staff as safe as possible during the last 4 days of term, we will be continuing with staff and students wearing face coverings around school and in classrooms.
We have been informed that as students return to school in September, initial lateral flow testing will be required. Full details will be included in next week’s newsletter and we will ensure that parents are kept informed.
