Going Karting

LRB and Media Manager, Mr Richardson, tells us about our ‘I come from‘ poem:

“If you attended any of our 40th celebration events at the RNCM in July, you will have seen students perform our whole-school ‘I come from…‘ poem. Staff and students were invited to contribute to a line each to the piece so that together we would create a statement for the Trinity community in this anniversary year. The result is quite wonderful, full of resonances and contrasts, and is a powerful affirmation of both our diversity and our commonality.

Every contributor’s name went into a draw to win one of three Chaos Karts experiences. Congratulations and thanks go to these winners and also to everybody else who so generously and thoughtfully gave something of themselves to the project. We intend to make the poem available in print in the coming term.”
