Imaginary Numbers

From Teacher of Mathematics, Ms Wilson:

“Last half term, Andrew Birch from the AMSP visited our Level 2 Further Mathematicians to present a taster session on ‘Imaginary Numbers’. Students used previous knowledge from GCSE  content to sketch quadratics without real roots – this is a concept taught in A Level Further Maths and it was great to see the students grasp it with ease.
