Intermediate Mathematical Challenge

Our Head of Maths, Mr Scott, tell us more: “Congratulations to Max and Haris in Year 10 who achieved a Silver Certificate in the Intermediate Mathematical Challenge. Haris also achieved the title of “Best In School”.
The Intermediate Mathematical Challenge is a 60 minute, multiple choice Challenge. The challenge encourages mathematical reasoning, precision of thought, and fluency in using basic mathematical techniques to solve interesting problems. The problems on the Intermediate Mathematical Challenge are designed to make students think.”
