KS4 Recital Evening

Director of Music, Mrs Madden, tells us about the KS4 recital evening:

“We were delighted to host our annual Key Stage 4 Recital Evening on Wednesday 29th January, featuring 28 outstanding musicians and singers from our Year 10 and 11 cohorts. For some, their solo or duet performances were a preparation for GCSE assessments; for others, it was their debut performance at Trinity and for all of them, it was an opportunity to shine and for us to celebrate their wonderful talent and courage. We are so proud of each and every one of them with a range of performances on piano, vocals, steel pans, guitar and bass guitar, clarinet, cornet, French horn and double bass. The music choices were eclectic and varied including Mozart’s Queen of the Night in German, an acoustic Billie Eilish duet, Miles Davies’ improvisatory All Blues, Irish folk tunes and an impressive Khachaturian piano duet to finish. A joyous and uplifting evening was had by all. Congratulations to all the performers.”
