Maths Challenge

Assistant Head of Maths (KS3), Ms Brownsell, tells us about the recent maths challenge:

“In May, a number of Year 7 and 8 students took part in the Junior Maths Challenge. The students did very well, with lots of them achieving a Bronze, Silver or Gold award. Pictured are  some of the students proudly holding their certificates. Well done to all of you that took part! Both Sam (Year 7) and Daniel (Year 8), achieved a score that meant they qualified for the next round. Sam for the Kangaroo challenge and Daniel for the Olympiad. This is an amazing achievement and the Olympiad qualification for Daniel is the first we have had at Trinity in a long time. Well done!”
