Merry Christmas

It’s been an eventful end of term with students busy inside their classrooms and out. Heads of Year gave recognition to students who had worked hard and there were treats for those who had gone the extra mile with their homework completion. Year 11 were particularly busy with their sixth form entrance exams and college applications and Year 13 have been completing their UCAS applications. We have had some wonderful Christmas events, including our Advent assemblies, the Carol Service at St Ann’s Church and the Carol Service this week at Manchester Cathedral. Well done and thank you to all of the students and staff who contributed to these events and I hope that those of you who attended enjoyed the celebrations. Students return to school on Monday 5th January 2026 and just another reminder that Monday 12th January is an INSET Day. Merry Christmas and I wish you all a healthy and happy New Year.
