Table Tennis Club

Happy New Year to all the readers of our Trinity weekly. I’m hoping that the Christmas break was enjoyable for everyone and that all our students are ready for the challenges ahead.
Good news is always in the headlines at Trinity, and I have chosen to feature the success of our Year 8 table tennis players in the Manchester Schools’ Under 13 competition. Two of our students played each other in a semi-final, with Zach narrowly beating Jamie. Zach then went on to beat a student from Manchester Grammar in the final whilst Jamie won the third place play off. Table tennis has really taken off at Trinity, the investment in outdoor and indoor tables has been very worthwhile and now we’re awaiting the delivery of an ‘automatic practice partner’. Watch this space for more winners!
