Travel Consultation

Transport for Greater Manchester is inviting school communities to take part in shaping the new School Travel Strategy. The draft strategy sets out ambitions to boost the number of primary,  secondary and further education students travelling via sustainable means by 2030. The city-region is seeking to tackle the barriers to young people walking, wheeling and cycling, or using public  transport. It has been developed as a shared priority between the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and the 10 local authorities.
