Shanghai delegation

Last week we were visited by 26 delegates from Shanghai High School which were made up of both teaching staff and members of their senior leadership team. During their visit they were given a tour of the school where they were able to call into classrooms and talk to staff about how their lessons were planned, resourced and delivered. The delegation were fascinated by our electronics teaching.

The delegates were then given presentations on safeguarding, diversity and inclusion, the curriculum, STEM and ‘getting into university’. This was followed by lunch at Trinity where the delegates were able to enjoy traditional British sandwiches and snacks.
