Y10 at the British Cardiovascular Society Annual Conference

“On Tuesday 2nd June, a small group of Year 10 students attended ‘Your Heart Hospital’ at the British Cardiovascular Society Annual Conference. They learned about how heart disease is prevented and treated, and practised important life-saving resuscitation skills. They also spoke to doctors, nurses, radiographers and cardiac physiologists to find out more about the wide variety of careers within the field of cardiology.
