Aspiring Medics

From teacher of science, Mr I’Anson:
“Last Friday, two GPs, Enam and Elora, who also work part time at the University of Manchester, came to talk to our aspiring medics. Enam and Elora spoke about their pathway to becoming a doctor and their current careers. Both emphasised the important skills required and took students through the application process. All of the students were interested and engaged. One student spotted their own GP in a video that Elora showed to them about medical students. The students were a credit to the school and several of them performed excellently on the medical quiz during the talk. Both Enam and Elora were impressed by the students’ motivation to study medicine and the excellent and unique support structure in place for those students at Trinity who are interested in studying medicine at University.”
