Chester Zoo Trip

From Teaching Assistant, Mrs Rowe:

“Last Wednesday, 29 students visited Chester Zoo with myself and the SEN Team for a fun and educational day out. The students learned about a wide range of animals, their habitats, and how different species communicate. They also had valuable opportunities to develop their own interaction and communication skills. Highlights of the day included seeing elephants, giraffes and tigers, exploring the bat cave, and getting up close to the meerkats. The students spotted more than 50 different animals, which you would not find in Manchester City Centre!

Their behaviour was excellent throughout, and they gained a great deal from this enriching experience.”
