Christmas Gift Appeal

“On behalf of the House Team, thank you to the whole school community for supporting the 2025 Christmas Gift Appeal in aid of Wood Street Mission.
Students, families and staff generously donated so that local disadvantaged families will be able to provide presents for their children at Christmas. There was a total of 170 gifts and an incredible £445 in online donations were donated by our community.

Our school verse of “Do everything in Love” from Corinthians reso-nates strongly in the actions of all who donated, showing empathy, compassion and unity with our local community. Thank you.”

We were also delighted to receive the following message of thanks from Wood Street Mission for the kind and generous donations from the Trinity Community:

“I am writing to thank you for your recent collection of pre-sents towards our Christmas Appeal. The presents the stu-dents chose are wonderful and will make a real difference for the children we support, helping the families we support create a truly special Christmas this year.

Our Christmas Toy Appeal simply wouldn’t be possible without the kindness of supporters like yourselves. On behalf of everyone at Wood Street Mission, thank you so much for your continued generosity.

Last year, with the help of our supporters, we provided toys and gifts for 1,182 families and 3,024 children. Your contribution plays a vital role in enabling us to reach families living on low incomes and ensure they can enjoy the festive season. This year, we expect demand to be just as high, if not higher, so your support is especially appreciated. Thank you once again for your kindness.”
