Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

The below photos were taken of our Duke of Edinburgh’s Silver Award students during their expedition to the White Peaks from 10th-11th June. Students were assessed on skills such as leadership skills, navigational skills by using a map and compass, tent set up and disassembly and cooking hot meals. Last weekend was the turn of our Bronze candidates. They can also be seen below as they prepared to head out for their overnight expedition to Edale.
