Faraday Challenge

Shortly before the half term break, 32 Year 8 girls took part in the ‘Faraday Challenge’, a STEM event where they were tasked with designing and building a prototype to improve efficiency on a train platform. The session was led by Ms Walker, Dr Alnuamaani and Ms Hitchin. There were some fantastic creative ideas and the girls demonstrated great teamwork and problem solving skills. Well done to the winning team (seen in the bottom photo) – Matilde, Priyanka, Lily and Temiloluwa from 8DOB!
