FSM Allowance increase and School Meal Prices

From 1st November 2025, Trinity will be increasing the Free School Meals (FSM) allowance from £2.50 to £2.60. This change reflects rising food and supply chain costs and ensures that all FSM-eligible students can continue to access a balanced, filling meal each day.

In addition, we are also making a few small adjustments to the prices of some other food items from the same date. These include an increase to the meal deal (to align with the new FSM allowance), the main meal, and a few other items such as pasta pots, baguettes, and snacks.

We have not reviewed the FSM allowance in over three years, and this update brings us in line with many other schools locally, who are making similar increases in response to inflation and the rising cost of ingredients.

Our priority remains to provide healthy, good-value meals for all students, and these changes will help us maintain the quality and variety of our food offer.
