Model United Nations Event

From Teacher of Social Sciences, Ms Coxon: “At the end of last month, Mrs Emery and I took seven Sixth Form students to Manchester High School for Girls to participate in their prestigious Model United Nations event. Trinity was given the opportunity to represent Uruguay. Across the weekend, fierce debates were held about current topics affecting countries around the world. The students thoroughly enjoyed themselves with Éilis and Eloghosa even picking up awards for ‘Commendable Delegates’ – an impressive feat for first time debaters! This was a fantastic experience and the students can’t wait to attend more events.”
