Senior Team Challenge

Assistant Head of Maths, Miss Williams, tells us more:

“On Wednesday 12th November, four of our A Level Further Mathematics students proudly represented our school in the UKMT Senior Team Maths Challenge at the University of Manchester – this is our first time competing in this prestigious event. Haya, Rithvik, Zach, and Shivam tackled three challenging rounds: a group problem-solving round, a mathematical crossword, and a fast-paced shuttle round. The standard of competition was incredibly high, and our team performed brilliantly, achieving an impressive 14th place out of 33 teams. We are thrilled with their success and hope to enter a lower school team later in the academic year. A huge well done to all four students – it was fantastic to see you represent Trinity with such enthusiasm and skill!”
