Ski Trip 2026

During half term 28 students and 5 staff travelled to Claviere in Italy for the annual ski trip. It was a week with plenty of snow and a little sunshine. It was a tough start to the week for our 21  beginners in heavy snow and poor visibility, but they all coped very well and managed to leave the nursery area and take the chair lift up the mountain on the first afternoon. The week ended with the whole group skiing across the border into France and spending the day in Montgenevre. With clear skies, the group finally got to appreciate the amazing views of the surrounding Alps mountains.

After dinner, our evenings were packed full of après ski activities including a skidoo ride up to a mountain restaurant for crepes and hot chocolates, a quiz night, a disco and a pizza night on our last evening in the resort.

It was great to see the students making new friends and showing great team camaraderie throughout the week, whilst also seeing their improved skiing abilities.
