World Book Day

From LRB Manager, Mr Richardson: “Thursday, 7th March, is World Book Day and we have a week of activities planned to celebrate. Every student will receive a World Book Day token which they can exchange in a book shop for one of the £1 World Book Day books – that’s a free book for every student. Author and poet Donavan Christopher will visit school on Monday to work with Years 7 and 8. There will be a big book quiz, and on Friday we’re hosting a Book Swap in the LRB – bring in the books you’ve read and swap them for some you haven’t. And keep your eyes peeled for peculiar outfits.
