End of Term Celebrations
The last week of term before the Christmas holidays was filled with a number of memorable occasions:
Cathedral Carol Service Our thanks go to everyone in the Trinity community who organised, supported, performed and attended the spectacular Cathedral Carol Service on Wednesday, 15th December. It was a wholly enjoyable occasion for all involved, with special mention going to our Chaplain, Dr Revd Birkinshaw, our Director of Music, Mrs Madden, the music department, and of course, our wonderful students for all their hard work in making the event such a great success.
We were delighted to welcome a number of special guests to the service, including The Rt Revd Mark Davies (Bishop of Middleton), Mr Liam Eaglestone (Deputy Diocesan Director of Education), Ms Diane Hawkins (High Sheriff for Greater Manchester), Cllr Tommy Judge (Lord Mayor of Manchester), Ms Deborah Smith (Diocesan Director of Education), The Rt Revd Dr David Walker (Bishop of Manchester).
Christmas lunches Our students and staff were treated to fabulous Christmas lunches during the last week of term – and our Year 11s were also invited to a special lunch in the Sixth Form.
