Going the Extra Mile!

Over the Easter break, three members of staff took on an incredible personal challenge and run a marathon, and we are delighted to celebrate their amazing achievements.

Mr Gibson completed the Boston (UK) Marathon, Dr Birkinshaw completed the Paris Marathon and Mr Stoker ran the Manchester Marathon, all showing determination, resilience and commitment every step of the way. Completing a marathon requires months of training, mental strength and perseverance.

On their return to school, all three proudly displayed their well earned medals. Their achievements are a fantastic example of setting goals, working hard and seeing them through to success.
