Our Stars on the Padel Court

Our talented Year 10 Padel players enjoyed an unforgettable experience last Saturday at a special event hosted by the Jason Manford Padel Academy charity. The fundraiser brought together some of our Year 10 students, John, Dylan, Pedro and Kenyi, and well-known names including Ryan Giggs, Dion Dublin, Aitch, Angry Ginge and Tyrone from Coronation Street!

Although the occasion provided plenty of excitement off court, our students truly impressed where it mattered most. Showing remarkable skill, confidence and composure, they not only held their own but outperformed many of their celebrities. In a fantastic achievement, John and Kenyi both progressed to the final, partnering with Jason Manford and Ryan Giggs.

Throughout the day, the students represented the school with maturity and pride, embracing every opportunity the experience offered. They were a credit to the school, demonstrating sporting excellence and impeccable conduct.
